🚚 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with the available tracking information.

🇪🇬 Shipping Within Egypt

We currently deliver orders across Egypt.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
• Alexandria: 1–3 business days
• Other Egyptian governorates: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order.

From time to time, Proven may offer free shipping promotions for selected locations, products, or promotional periods. Any applicable free-shipping offer will be clearly communicated on our website or social media.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information from us or our delivery partner.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you track it.

📍 Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Proven Sportswear is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Incorrect phone numbers
• Failure to respond to the delivery courier
• Customer unavailability at the provided address

If you realize that you entered incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the order before it is shipped.

🔄 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or provides incorrect delivery information, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

📦 Damaged Packages

We carefully inspect and package all orders before shipping.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or videos of the package and the product.

We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

While we work hard to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, extreme weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or other unforeseen events.

International shipping is not currently available unless specifically stated on our website for a particular product or promotion.
